Report Builder
Overview
The Report Builder is a robust method for compiling data on a TreeKeeper inventory, allowing you to create, view, and export reports. To access the Report Builder, click in the sidebar. The two types of reports that can be created in TreeKeeper’s Report Builder are introduced below.
Viewing a Report
Once you are in the Report Builder, there will be a list of reports you have access to on the left side. Click on any report to view it. When viewing a report, its data will display in the information pane to the right of the report list.
The auto-refresh feature allows you to refresh report results on certain time intervals. This can be especially helpful if data in your TreeKeeper system is constantly changing and you would like the report you’re viewing to remain up to date without manually refreshing the report view. To use this feature, click the button located beneath the View button.
This will drop down a list of time intervals in which the report will automatically refresh. Once a time interval is chosen, the icon’s color will change to purple, indicating auto-refreshing is active.
Editing a Report
While viewing the report you would like to edit, click the ‘Edit’ button located just above the report list. After making changes to the report, click ‘Save Report’ at the bottom of the form and your changes will be saved.
To view the report, either click the green check that is presented on the screen or click ‘View’ button located just above the report list.
Custom Reporting

Matrix Reporting
Matrix reports allow you to compare two attributes against each other, often good for a data QC.
