Comment Tags Management
The Comment Tags Management section of the Administrative List Management allows you to add, edit and delete tags for comments. Comment Tags can be used in Work Records to label the type of comment or the time the comment was added on a work record. An example would be whether a comment was left before the work was completed (Pre Work) or after (Post Work).
When adding a Comment Tag, you will give the tag a name and set a type for the comment. The Comment Type will determine where that comment tag will appear. In the case below, it’s a Work-type comment tag so the tag will be available in Work Records.
