New Dashboard Reports

Reach out to the TreeKeeper Support Team today to inquire about the new Dashboard functionality! Once our team incorporates this into your TK system, your users will be able to publish any report from the Report Builder to the Dashboard.

Dashboard reports are dynamic and are capable of displaying statistics based on your entire tree inventory or based on a selected set. With this release, users will have the ability to visualize a subset of data on the map and in the data grid by checking the desired row and selecting the “Show Checkmarked Sites” button in the Dashboard menu…

Open

We’ll breakdown the steps in the above example for Park Trees:

1. Open the Dashboard Reports, select the Report you would like to use, and press the Filter button at the top right-hand corner.

2. Find the Attribute(s) you would like to include in your Filter Criteria, and select one or more values.

   1. This will filter your Dashboard Report accordingly

   2. Additionally, you may checkmark sites and display them on the map!

3. Check the desired sites…

4. … and press “Show Checkmarked Sites”

Interface Improvements for Data Upload Tool!

Included in this TreeKeeper Software Release are improvements to the existing Data Upload Tool. To access the Data Upload Tool, navigate to Data Transfer Utilities on the left-hand toolbar. Next, find “Import / Update”, and select the file type you are uploading (CSV, XLS/XLSX, ArcGIS Collector/Online). After selecting your file, and import Layer, the form below will show on the screen.

You can now automatically map the fields between Excel and TreeKeeper. For any manual field mapping, you will be able to view the list values for each TreeKeeper attribute by clicking on the blue list-type attribute. This will aid in configuring your upload file so the columns can accurately map into TreeKeeper.

When attempting to upload the data, any Failures will display an error message per UniqueID, which can also be exported into an Excel file for review and adjustment to the data file or TreeKeeper list values.
