To begin using the new Bulk Document Upload, you must first select a group of sites, either from a map selection or a search.

Next, open the Data Grid. Now you will queue the sites or work records you want to upload your document. Select the check mark on the left-hand side of the data grid and select the “Global Document Upload” button in the tools to the left of the grid, the icon is a piece of paper.

A file explorer window will appear. Find the document you want to upload and select 'Open.'

Congratulations, you have now bulk-uploaded a document to multiple sites or work records!
