Caller Classification List Management

The Caller Classification List displays the values used to classify who called when adding a call to a site. Some typical Caller Classification values in every system are Property Owner, Resident, and Other, but some systems may have different caller classifications such as Visitor in park systems.

If you want to add more Caller Classification values, click the button at the bottom of the window. In the Add Classification List Value window, you can simply give the list value a name and click Save.
