Permission Management

Overview

Permission Management is where you can restrict the ability to view and/or edit system attributes for users based on their account security level.


Security Levels

Guest – The account when not logged in.

Read Only – An account that can only view data.

Edit Only – An account that can view and make changes to data.

Administrative – An account that can view, edit, and make changes to TreeKeeper itself.

Contractor – Can only edit work records that are assigned to them.


Permission Settings

No Rights – Cannot view this piece of data.

View Only – Can view but not edit the data.

View + Popup – Can view the data and the attribute will be in the callout box.

View + Edit – Can view and edit the data.

View + Edit + Popup – Can view, edit, and see the data in the callout box.
